| Giles is a very handsome and naturally
talented presenter. He is immediately at ease in front of the camera
and has an affable charm that makes him very watchable by men and
women alike. He is the complete package; described as fun, sharp
and witty. He has also written and produced shows and would be an
asset to any production.
He is currently presenting the 5th series of ITV At The
Movies for ITV1 and ITV2
which was his initial idea and format. He successfully landed the
role presenting for E! Entertainment covering high
profile movie premieres in the UK and is televised worldwide. Through
this he was given a weekly showbiz role to Los Angeles for which
he won an international journalism award. Giles has also just completed
writing three books, the first two out end of 2008 - 'The
Best Day of My Life', and the '7 Worst Men in London'
and the third - 'How to Be a Model' at the beginning
of May 2009. He also writes a weekly movie column for Love
it magazine - 'At the Flicks with Vicks'.
Giles also has his own weekly LA Column in Reveal Magazine.
He was the weekly showbiz reporter for LBC and
presented Playdate, the interactive dating show
on ITV2. Giles was seen on California Dreaming
for T4, living in Hollywood for 6 weeks as one
of five trying to make it in LA. He subsequently spends some time
there each year and is proving very popular with broadcasters. He
was a presenter for Quiz Call as part of 4 Ventures new programming
and also for Sky Vegas Live. Giles presented The Unproffesionals
for ITV attempting different professions from working
as a stand-up comedian to working in an abattoir.
Giles co-hosted V and the Reading Festival
shows for the ITV Network, interviewing
the bands and linking the live performances. He also anchored the
late night show ITV at the Festivals! He can regularly
be seen hosting corporate events as well as charity auctions.
After a brief career as a model, Giles worked for the Dating Channel,
presenting a variety of shows including At the Movies and First
Impressions which he also helped script, produce and direct. He
is a massive movie enthusiast and is very knowledgeable about the
entertainment world both here and in the States.
Following on from this Giles reported for Body Talk, a Channel
4 health and fitness show, and presented on GMTV
for Lorraine Live. He also made regular appearances
on the Showbiz slot reporting from the Soap Awards.
Giles is a fitness fan, he ran the New York and London Marathons
and even recently competed in an Iron Man competition and a triathlon.
He loves to cook, speaks fluent French and basic German and has
spent a great deal of time travelling the world. On top of all this
he has recently set up an eco marketing company with the sole intention
of saving a million trees in a rainforest along with fellow budding
TV philanthropist Ewen Macintosh (keith from the office) called
